Admission Requirements

Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA)

Eligibility Criteria
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED required — foreign diplomas must be evaluated and translated by an approved credential evaluation agency
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must pass a criminal background check and provide a police report (cost included in tuition)
Required Documents
  • Two forms of valid identification
  • Completed application form
  • Signed enrollment agreement
  • Payment or payment plan confirmation
  • Recent Physical & Tuberculosis (TB) Screening — a current chest x-ray is required if TB test result is positive
  • Hepatitis B Immunity Documentation — proof of full vaccine series (3 doses) or a Hepatitis B Surface Antibody titer confirming immunity
  • Drug and Alcohol Screening

Phlebotomy

Eligibility Criteria
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
